Responsibilities:

 

· Ability to handle generic accounting transactions

· Understands accounts, resolving discrepancies and collaborating across various Finance and non-Finance functions effectively

· Performs basic post journals, produce data, and assist accounts team

· Assist the accounting team with month end closing review.

· Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.

· Secures information by completing data base backups.

· Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

Basic Requirements

 

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Data entry experience/Record Management or related office experience

· Data Enthusiast & math savvy

· 2+ years of experience in similar role within finance in a company with international operations
